Meet Jared Hodges
My roots in the building industry go back a long way. I grew up around construction and spent years learning the trade from the ground up, including a memorable 1995 community blitz build where five homes were completed in just five days. That kind of work teaches you quickly that details matter and that there’s no substitute for doing the job right.
Today, I bring that same work ethic to every property inspection I perform in Wichita and the surrounding communities. I’m a Kansas-licensed inspector, InterNACHI certified, and a graduate of KCIU. When I walk through a property, I’m not just checking boxes. I’m looking at the building the way a builder would, and explaining what I find in plain language you can actually use.
